Walk for Wellness is run by our friendly WALi Student Leaders. Exercise and being outdoors in nature and social connection have all been shown to contribute to maintaining good mental health. The Walk for Wellness is a gently 45 minutes to 1 hour walk that is held on Mt Gravatt, Nathan and Queensland College of Art Campuses. This is a great way to schedule in some fitness during a study break, meeting fellow students or getting a group of friends together.
